The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
1)Assist project managers in coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish.
2)Schedule and track project timelines and deadlines, ensuring they are met.
3)Organize and attend project meetings, documenting meeting minutes and action items.
4)Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
5)Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays or issues.
6)Maintain accurate project documentation and files.
7)Ensure that all project-related communications are clear and timely.
8)Support with resource allocation and project budgeting.
9)Resolve any administrative issues and help streamline project processes.
10)Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
1)Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
2)Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar project coordination role, preferably in related field
3)Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
4)Visa Status: Must hold a valid Spouse Visa.
5)Must be currently in UAE.
